[New Quizzes] Autosave Quiz "Additional Comments" in SpeedGrader
When an educator is using SpeedGrader to grade a quiz, scores for each question are automatically saved. If the educator moved away from the page, such as when switching to another student's quiz, those scores will persist when they return to that student's quiz. However, the "Additional Comments" free text field does not exhibit the same autosave functionality. As a result, educators have reported that they have graded and commented on an entire page of questions, clicked away, and then returned to find the scores intact, but all of the additional comments lost. In order for the Additional Comments to be saved, an educator must scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Update Scores," even though the scores would have been automatically saved.
The best solution would likely be for the Additional Comments to automatically save in the same way that scores are automatically saved on each question. An alternative, possibly much lighter-weight solution would be for the page to give a warning if unsaved Additional Comments have been entered and the educator attempts to navigate away from the page or advance to another student.
