[New Quizzes] Add Ability to "Let Students see Correct Answers AFTER Last Attempt"

Problem statement:

In Classic Quizzes a teacher had the option to check a box to "Let Students See the Correct Answers" and then had the additional option to either click the box for "Only After Their Last Attempt" -- and the teacher could select how many attempts a student would have.   Teachers also could select to "Show Correct Answers at" and give a date.  But New Quizzes does not have these options --- you can only select "Show correct answer with incorrect response."     [SEE ATTACHED IMAGES}

Proposed solution:

I am submitting this on behalf of some teachers who would like for students to take the quiz one time first, so they can see what they need to study more or go back and review, but NOT be told the correct answer after their first attempt. However, if after their second attempt the students still get the answer wrong, THEN the teachers would like for the students to see the Correct answer.
