[New Analytics] Ability to filter out students who are in the concluded status
When using New Analytics, concluded students are included in the data as well as included when you choose the "message students who" functionality. Our teachers would like the ability to filter the concluded students out of the data, as well as filter them out of messaging sent with the "message students who" feature.

Why: it is not clear to the teacher that they are messaging a student who is no longer active in the course. Students may have transferred between sections, or have left the school entirely which is why their enrollment is in the concluded status.
