[Modules] Make fields consistent between add and edit interfaces for External URLs in Modules

Problem statement:

When adding an External URL to a module, the fields are shown in the following order :

  1. URL
  2. Page name
  3. Load in a new tab
  4. Indentation

However, when editing an External URL in a module, the fields are shown in the following order:

  1. Title (not "Page name", as above)
  2. URL
  3. Indent (not "Indentation", as above)
  4. Load in a new tab

Not a huge issue, just annoyingly inconsistent, especially given the URL and Page Name/Title fields switch round, so having edited one External URL, I often find myself pasting the URL into the Page Name field when creating another.

 

Proposed solution:

Give the fields the same names and show them in the same order when adding and editing an External URL in Modules.
