[Mobile] Improved support for Impact in Canvas LMS Global navigation

Problem statement:

The inability to launch the Support Centre from inside the Canvas apps creates issues in providing help to users. We have a significant number of students using the app, and need to provide them with a link to help documentation, which means we either have to have two sets of help links (one labelled as being for app users), or link to non-Impact help resources only.

Proposed solution:

I can see two potential solutions:

  1. Make the support centre operable within the apps
  2. Enable us to restrict links in the Global Navigation help menu so they can either be opened in the browser, an app, or both. Then we can provide the support centre in the browser, and link to alternate documentation in the app. I think option 1 is the better solution from usability and professionalism perspectives.
