[Mobile - Canvas Student] iOS App course card text to match Android and not overlay image

Problem statement:

When you login to IOS Mobile App. After you select on a course card - white text overlays with the name of the course and term over the course image. This spoils the view and on an Android app the course text is shown above the course card.

Proposed solution:

Make it the same as Android. Ideally in a previous idea submitted you would see the Home Page not the course card again when you select a course. Either case the text overlay should not exist over the image.
