[Mobile - Canvas Student] Alternative format files

Problem statement:

Students have identified that no alternative file formats could be downloaded using BlackBoard Ally on Canvas on mobile devices e.g. students using the Canvas app on mobile devices such as an iPad could not download a file in PDF format if the file was uploaded on Canvas in PPT format which disrupted the flow of their learning.

Proposed solution:

Downloading in other formats is feasible on laptops, so could this also be implemented on the Canvas app on mobile devices too? As Blackboard Ally is a third party tool, can the alternative formats element of Blackboard Ally be supported/integrated with the Canvas app?
