We noticed that messages sent in Conversations are sorted by when the Conversations were created, instead of the last sent message in a conversation. This is not intuitive and causes some confusion for our users, who prefer the current view of Sent conversations in the Canvas app instead (as of 8 January 2025, where the latest message appears on top, regardless when the conversation was created).
We would like the messages to appear in Reversed Chronological order with the most recent on top in the Sent folder of Conversations on Canvas platform (the same way it appears on the app as of today, 8 January 2025). This will simplify overview and search for conversations that had latest updates.
