[Inbox] Increase character limit for auto response to messages

Problem statement:

The 255 character limit on auto responses to Canvas messages limits our ability to be as professional and helpful to our learners as possible. Our use case is to use the auto reply to inform learners that the Canvas inbox is not checked on a regular basis and to remind them to email their program's general inbox for a faster response. Since the inbox does not seem to be course-specific, ideally, we would include all general inboxes in our reply so learners can choose the one that is respective to their course. My initial draft was almost 400 characters.

Proposed solution:

Remove the character limit on auto replies or at least increase it to 500 characters. This will help ensure our auto replies can be as professional and helpful to learners as possible.
