[Inbox] Include student's names in messages from Observers

Problem statement:

When Observer's send the Instructor an email, it does not say who their student is. Not all students have the same last name as their parents. I have to email them back and ask who their student is.

Proposed solution:

Have the student's name in parenthesis after the observer name.
