[Import/Export] Import assignments should NOT automatically give students zeros in new class

Problem statement:

When I import an assignment from one class to the next and CHANGE the due dates, Canvas still automatically gives zeros in the grade book to students in the new class, even though the assignment is NOT due yet. This upsets students and families and wastes my time. I either have to delete all the zeros (which causes the speed grader to show the assignment as already graded) or re-create the entire assignment so they won't automatically get zeros. This is SUPER ANNOYING.

Import assignments should NOT automatically give students zeros in new class
