[Groups] Automatically Add Newly Enrolled Students

Problem statement:

I teach a class of 200+ students. I like to use discussion boards, and use the "group set" option to create small groups. However, when new students join class, it is frustrating that they are not automatically assigned to a group. If I forget, and they post, there is not a way to move their discussion to a group and it's a huge hassle.

Proposed solution:

Solution: if I set "assign automatically", I would like for all new students to be assigned to a new group set automatically.
