[Gradebook] "Message Students Who..." Between Grades Option
Problem statement:
I would to e-mail students that score in the middle. I can currently e-mail students that do well or that do poorly but not the students in the middle. I would like the option to email the poor scorers eg. less than 30 students in the middle eg. between 30 and 70 and them students with high grades eg. >80
Proposed solution:
Add a between scores option in the gradebook e-mail option
