[Gradebook] Set Default Grade - Cancel Option

Problem statement:

When a user selects Set Default Grade 0, a pop-up window appears listing the number of students affected and one option..."OK". It does not permit the user to cancel this action. Please add the "Cancel" option to this popup confirmation window. Again, as someone responded with a screencast, but didn't advance to the popup confirmation window. This option would be great at the confirmation window. As of now, you can't cancel the request, which is kind of the purpose of the popup confirmation window.

Proposed solution:

Add a "Cancel" button to cancel at the confirmation, popup window.
