[Gradebook] Exclude "Missing" Label for Denominators of 0

Problem statement:

I set many of my extra credit and/or elective assignments with a denominator of "0" to indicate that there are not required assignments but rather "optional". When students are absent and looking for make-up work, their gradebook evaluation is often slowed by sorting which assignments are elective versus which are "mandatory". Ideally, I'd like to be able to tell students that they need to make anything up with a "missing" label.

Proposed solution:

I'd like an option in the gradebook settings (ideally in the same place as the "late" points deduction policy) that would allow me to exclude the "missing" labels for any assignments a denominator of "0". This solution would allow students to only see the "missing" label on required assignments, and not feel pressure to complete make up extra-credit assignments. Additionally, this feature would give a truer picture of a student's missing work when teachers look at the individual student grade pop-up in the full course's gradebook.
