[Gradebook] Automatically apply grade for missing submissions only for published assignments
Details The Gradebook setting Automatically applies grades for missing submissions and marks assignments with the desired percentage regardless of their published status. If a teacher has imported assignments from previous courses but did NOT change the due dates the grade for the missing assignment will be marked as zero (because it had last year's due dates). This has occurred without teachers noticing until the grade synced into our SIS (Synergy). By then, the teacher will have to manually delete each percentage grade entry.
1. Only apply the grade (normally 0) to assignments that are published and have student content submitted. 2. Make a separate field selection box that allows them to only apply this to published assignments. 3. Warning message that lets them know that the grade they'd like will be applied to ALL assignments (published and assignments) a. Detects if any have previous due dates (from a previous course) or if there are over 20+ assignments that will be marked as zero due to the dates.
