[Gradebook] Add the option for selecting the highest assignment submission score
Description: Currently, multiple submission-allowed assignments do not have the option for selecting which student submission score is counted toward the course total/added to the gradebook. For example, the highest, last, or average score. This is the same option that is offered to Classic quizzes with multiple attempts. Use Case: An instructor allows multiple attempts or reassigns an assignment to certain or all students with the intent to count the average of the submission scores to the students' course total. Without this feature, assignment submissions have to be manually calculated and added to the gradebook.
Add the same option to "Score to Keep" to assignments as it is in Classic Quizzes. The option would appear if multiple attempts are accepted for an assignment and/or if the assignment is reassigned to students. The instructor can select if the highest, last, or average submission score is counted towards the course total/added to the gradebook.
