[Files] Preview archive contents of submission files

Problem statement:

We sometimes simply need to verify that the contents of an archive file submission contains specific files, without downloading and extracting them.

Proposed solution:

It would be useful if Canvas allowed you to preview the contents of an archive (ZIP, RAR, etc). Not necessarily view the files, but at least view what files are contained in archives.
