[External Tools] Add scores to rubric criteria instead of as a final score to the assignment
Problem statement:
External tools integrated with canvas provide scores based on the tool's assessment of the student. For writing assignments that may be only an autograded participation score. That score currently appears as the total score for the assignment, but for some assessments teachers may prefer to apply additional criteria to the writing of the student.
Proposed solution:
Add an option to add a rubric to the external tool assignments that assigns the score sent by the tool to a specific rubric criteria, and allows additional criteria to be added as well.
