[External Tools] AI Writing Detection Flag, Percentage, and Report from TII in Grades and SpeedGrader

Problem statement:

Currently, the AI Writing Detection flag, percentage, and report are nestled in the Turnitin Similarity Report. There is no way to know at a glance students' AI Writing Detection flag, percentage, or report without accessing the Similarity Report in SpeedGrader. To access the AI Writing Detection Report, the instructor must click on the Similarity Report, click on the AI Writing Detection flag, and then, download the report. This is entirely too time-consuming and unncessary when this information should be viewable without accessing the Similarity Report. In addition, students do not have access to this percentage or report without the faculty downloading and sharing the report with the student adding significant time between submission and assessment.

Proposed solution:

TII's Writing Detection flag, percentage, and report need to stand alone on the Grades page and in SpeedGrader. This information is critical to instructors as they grade assignments and ensure institutional policies and practices. Furthermore, students should be able to access this report after submission to review this percentage and report.
