[Enrollments] Include the option to add users by NAME in the People section of a Canvas course.

Problem statement:

The only way to add a student/faculty member to a Canvas course is to use their email address or ID number. I would like a way to add people to a course using their name, so that it is easier for me to create my own courses without needing to look up the ID number of everyone I want to invite. This option already exists in nearly every other educational website/app that allows for adding people to a group.

Proposed solution:

Simply include the option to search the names of everyone in an organization from the People section of a Course.
