[DocViewer] Develop support clicking links in a document when highlight note
Problem to view links in a attached documents, when using docviewer and have marked the tool for hignlighting note in a document. If the teacher have marked the icon for hightlight note, the links in the attached document does not work. If the teacher forget that they have pressed on this icon, they only see that the links does not work. Then the teacher only see links that does not work.
If the icon is pressed for highlight note in Doc viewer, then if the teacher press somewhere in the document,-maybe Docviewer could remind the teacher that the tool för highlight note is marked. So no missunderstanding of the tool. Because when the teacher mark the icon for text in Docviewer it still is possible to reach the links in the document
