[Discussions] Need an activity log or "track changes" feature to help combat the flood of AI

Problem statement:

Discussions are flooded with AI-generated posts. Responses to other posts are also AI-generated. Discussions are just bots talking to bots. Papers submitted are often AI-generated.

Proposed solution:

A "track changes feature" or activity log for all written assignments and discussions would be very helpful.
