[Credentials/Badges] Organization-wide Assertion Export with Engagement Data

Problem statement:

There is currently no way to export an organization-wide assertion list. Our university uses a centralized admin model, where only one office is authorized to issue badge assertions and provide data to leadership. This office may, for example, be asked to compare the number of badges awarded to internal recipients (e.g., where recipient email ends in the university's domain) and external recipients (e.g., where recipient email does not end in the university's domain) during a given time frame, agnostic of Issuer, or whether internal recipients are more likely to share badges on LinkedIn than external recipients.

Proposed solution:

Provide an organization-level \Data Management\"Export Badge Awards" tool. To add value, include whether the assertion has been "accepted." To add further value, include whether and how the assertion has been shared.
