[Credentials] Align reports with Gradebook reports
Badgr's reports do not align with the Canvas gradebook exports. These are the ways that they differ: - Inactive students are included in badge reports and excluded from gradebook reports - Students with two last names or last names with two words are incorrectly formatted in badge reports, but correctly formatted in gradebook reports (e.g., Claudia Perez Becerra is Becerra, Claudia Perez in the badge report and Perez Becerra, Claudia in the gradebook report). - Students with last names that are hyphenated or include apostrophes are alphabetized different in the badge report and the gradebook report. Each semester, we collect completion statistics for the course. We export the Badgr report (by going to Learner Progress and then Export to CSV) and also export the Canvas gradebook. We then combine the data from both spreadsheets. Since they don't align, there is a lot of clean up to do and this is a fair amount of work.
Organize the Badgr reports the same way as the gradebook reports. Have the same students be included/excluded and format/alphabetize the names the same way. Then it would be easy to combine the reports.
