[Catalog] Add listing name to Catalog User analytics

Problem statement:

In the new Catalog analytics, our users have found that when they run the User report and download the csv, they are able to see the user_defined_fields but they don't get the listing that the student enrolled in, only the Catalog. The workaround is to download the User analytics and the Enrollments analytics. It would be helpful to have the individual listings along with the Catalog in the User analytics. For example, if a sub-catalog admin wants to see if the student is a first time attendee, it would be helpful to know what course/listing then enrolled in as well without having to download and look at two separate sets of data.

Proposed solution:

Add the individual listings along with the Catalog in the User analytics so sub-catalog admins can see both the listing the student enrolled in and the user_defined_fields.
