[Calendar] Show Course Time Zone

Problem statement:

We are a multi-campus institution with some campuses in Eastern Time Zone and some in Central Time Zone. Since Eastern is set as our default for our institutional account, it would be helpful for dates/times that show up on the calendar to also indicate the time zone of the course.

Proposed solution:

Simply add the abbreviated time zone indicator to the calendar based on course time zone settings.

Here are the 2 places on the calendar I wish to see the time zone added.  One is on the entire calendar view and one is if the event is clicked.
