[Calendar] Automatically "edit" Due Date to earlier times

Problem statement:

Sometimes, assignments are created that are: a) Due at midnight (rather than 11:59 pm) b) Due at inconvenient times (such as 6am) c) Have no shown due date. This gives students looking at their calendars a difficult time knowing when something is actually due.

Proposed solution:

Allow students to have settings that automatically offset / change how a due date shows up on their calendar under certain criteria. For example, a student cans set 'Due before.. 10am; Show as... Due 11:59 previous day' Their calendars would then show ANY assignment due before 10am as due at 11:59pm the day before.
