The Blueprint Synch History page does not show the user information of the user who initiated the blueprint sync.

I think it should.  

A changelog that attributes who did what and when to a Blueprint Course would make this tool better suited for teams of developers/designers that may be working on a group of courses together.

The Blueprint History page includes the name of the user who synced changes a part of a Blueprint Course. This change adds user information next to the number of changes in the Blueprint Sync.
