[Assignments] widen the "available from" and "available to" window in assignment and quiz editing
When making/editing assignments and quizzes, in the "Assign" box, below the "due date", there are availability dates ("from" and "to"). Well, the complete date and TIME for the availability are cut off. I can see the dates, and the start of the "hour", but the exact times (including am vs pm) are not visible unless I specifically try to edit them. This is causing me a lot of problems because my school keeps moving the start time of my class around each semester -- so while the release DATE might be correct, the TIME of release can easily be incorrect and I can miss fixing it because the full time (including am and pm) is not easily visible. I am currently moving my course that started at 10:00am to a new start time of 12:30pm, that difference between "00" and "35" minutes can make an assignment visible BEFORE class starts. Likewise I can't see "am" or "pm" so the difference between "12:30pm" and "12:30am" can again, make assignments and quizzes visible before class starts. I have had students notice this and take advantage of it to "cheat" before class started when I missed that the start time was not adjusted properly.
Please make the "Assign" box wider so the complete date and full time (including am and pm) for the availability dates can be seen. OR, stack the "from" above the "to" dates so they have the full width and can be fully seen just like the "due" date/time above them.
