[Assignments] Save button at the top, too...
Problem statement:
I wish in all content types and settings there was a Save/Update button at the top, too. I notice many times when a teacher is modifying the navigation, their tools list is so long they don't see the Save/Update button at the bottom. At the very least, there should be a warning if they try to navigate away from the page, alerting them that their settings aren't saved.
Proposed solution:
Place a Save/Update button at the top and bottom and include a warning when trying to navigate away from a configuration or content page while still in draft form or not saved.
