[Assignments] Save a Student Annotation Assignment without Submitting it

Problem statement:

We are looking for a way for students to be able to work on their Student Annotation assignment and "Save" it without clicking "Submit" so that they can return to the page and finish their work. Anyone found a solution for this? Is this in the pipeline? The solution of a 10 hour refresh is not workable.

Proposed solution:

Provide an option for a student to save an assignment annotation before actually submitting it.
