[Assignments] Orphaned assignments list

Problem statement:

It is so frustrating that when I remove an assignment from a Module, it doesn't just go away. Instead, it goes into Purgatory in the Assignments page. Sometimes I just want to get rid of an assignment while I'm looking at my modules. I ONLY use modules for content organizing so I almost never look at the Assignments page. And, if I'm doing a lot of re-organizing, I end up with a bunch of Assignments that are still part of the course, but not part of any Module. When you have a lot of Modules and a lot of Assignments, it can be a real nightmare to try to find orphaned Assignments and get rid of them.

Proposed solution:

It would be so nice if there was a filter on the Assignment page that let you list only Assignments that are not part of any module. And, I'd like the ability to either remove those Assignments or add them to a module while I'm looking at that list. Maybe even let me bulk delete or bulk add to a module if there are multiple Assignments that I'd like to do this with.
