[Assignments] Interactive Lesson as Assignment Type

Problem statement:

Currently, students have to complete interactive lessons via external tools like Lumio and Nearpod. I propose Canvas create an assignment type that is an Interactive Lesson that allows for multiple input methods like Nearpod and similar to a new quiz. However, the functionality will be much greater as students can draw, record audio, manipulate items on the page, etc.

Proposed solution:

Canvas is a Learning Management System but all interactive learning has to take place outside of Canvas via an external tool. Rather than having to embed presentations or use only videos to teach, it would be invaluable for Canvas to have its own interactive lesson format.
