[Admin Tools] Receive Notification when Photo Submissions need to be reviewed
Problem statement:
As an admin, we must proactively go to People - Manage Profile Pictures - Submitted to approve those Profile Photos that have been submitted for review and are pending. However, there is no notification sent making Admins aware that there has been a photo submitted. This is easily forgotten and at times could be a month or two unchecked.
Proposed solution:
When users submit their profile photos and they need to be approved, a notification should alert the Admin. This alert could be via email or preferred contact set up by the Admin account, or there could be a red number next to People to indicate there are submissions waiting to be reviewed.
