[Admin Tools] Notify Admin of inappropriate messages

Problem statement:

Student messages often contain inappropriate content and we have no way of knowing unless we happen to see it. If students are discussing suicide or shooting a school or violence, the conversation should be immediately flagged to notify the administrator so that he/she can take appropriate action. We have seen multiple messages with inappropriate content and it's a challenge because we weren't notified at the time they were sent. Once we're told to review them, they've often been deleted. Canvas support will provide a transcript when requested, but it's often a time delay.

Proposed solution:

Admin should receive an immediate notification when students use messages to convey words that indicate self harm, hate crimes, threats, or have a sexual connotation.
