[Admin Tools] Bulk Publish Courses within an account/sub-account

Problem statement:

At the beginning of the term there are multiple tasks that need to be completed. One very important task is publishing courses to start the term. It is very time consuming to have to publish each course manually, one by one, when you may have 50-100 courses or more to publish in a term.

Proposed solution:

It would be great if we had the ability to bulk publish or schedule a publish date and time for an account or sub-account. Some accounts or departments have numerous courses and sections and this would save time tremendously if it could all be done in one bulk publish or the ability to have check boxes to do multiple courses at one time.
