[Accounts] Modify Admin Tour / Teacher Tour prompts

Problem statement:

For the pop-ups that alert a user to the availability of tours, the text is a little dated. The announcement of the Admin Tour reads "[w]e know it's a priority to transition your institution for online learning during this time," and the notification for the Teacher Tour when entering a course reads "[w]e know getting your courses online quickly during this time is priority." During WHAT time? I realize the pandemic isn't over, but this reads like it was written during the transition to fully online learning. It's probably time to update and generalize that text.

Proposed solution:

The Canvas developers and marketers can choose something better? Or just say "If you're new to Canvas, take quick tour!"
