"Page Error: Something broke unexpectedly" after submission of Quizzes

When trying to take a survey quiz, the application gives a "Page Error" when a question is submitted. The information looks unsaved at first. However, when the page is refreshed, it routes to the survey overview page and it displays that the survey was saved and turned in. When I double check to see if all questions were answered and saved, they are. What is this error?
When I look into the browser network logs, this is the error code I receive.

500 (Internal Server Error)
Some context on the website, It is being hosted on Google Cloud Platform through the Bitnami CanvasLMS Application.
