Seeing "Couldn't find Canvas CSV import headers" in response, but what does this mean?

Since the files can be named anything you want, Canvas uses the CSV headers to recognize which type of file you are importing. So it's important to have the headers in the correct order. The headers are listed in the API docs, note the 'required' ones. https://canvas.instructure.com/doc/api/file.sis_csv.html

If you're getting this error, it's because you are missing a column, they are typo'd, or not enough recognizable headers are available for it to determine which file type to import.

  Was using MS Excel and this does not use UTF-8, so created UTF-8 file and resolved this.
