We sent out individualized messages to about 10k of our students using the API. We'd like to see what percentage of them are read but when I checked 100% of them were 'read' which seems very unlikely.
In order to check the status of a given message I am using:
"https://college.instructure.com/api/v1/conversations/1232980?auto_mark_as_read=false"
These messages were all sent about a week ago. Do messages default to read after a certain time period? Any ideas?
