I hope this message finds you well. We have recently installed the latest version of Canvas using the instructions provided on the Canvas LMS Quick Start Guide. Following the installation, we have integrated our custom LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) tool designed for Assignment management.
However, after the installation process, we are encountering an issue that is preventing the tool from functioning as expected. The error is appearing on our system, and we have attached a screenshot or description of the error message for your reference.

Installation Process:
We followed the steps provided in the Quick Start guide and completed the installation process without any immediate issues. Our goal was to set up an LTI tool for handling assignments within Canvas.
Problem Encountered:
After completing the installation, we are facing the following error (attached):
Error Behavior:
