LTI 1.3 Dynamic Registration failing

Hi,
I'm trying to assist someone setting up an LTI 1.3 tool using dynamic registration. The platform is Moodle 4.1 and the dynamic reg link has been generated there (there's nothing more to configure on the platform side).
When added to Canvas the 'register app' window opens but is blank (see attached).
Can anyone suggest why this is?
