How do I solve google app error "Your LTI tool has been misconfigured."for a specific region

I've configured google app for our canvas region is South Africa on the Shared & Secret Keys i have put something of my own.Is the correct way to configured for a specific region or how can i get the keys.

Please assist i'm stuck.
