Evolution of student skills

Friends,
my course is formed by several microformations (disciplines) and projects where students develop skills. In subjects and projects there are several rubrics that show whether students have developed these skills or not. I need to show the student's evolution in the course visually, a kind of map that would consolidate the competences developed by the student in microformations and projects. Has anyone done this or something like that? I think I will have to develop an external application, but I don't know where to start.
