Catalog User Registrations - API Endpoint for Edits

Good afternoon,

I understand there is a GET and POST endpoint for retrieving & creating Catalog User Registrations, however, is there any way (API or otherwise) to edit existing User Registrations from Catalog? 

Specifically, the Custom Fields submitted by the user during enrollment. For instance, if a Custom Field is used to capture Phone Number, but this number has been updated, is it possible to update the Catalog record?

The answer so far is ... no. There's no possible way to remove / edit the Catalog data - even if it is TEST data before publishing the URL. 

We've solved this internally by creating an edit functionality to update a database that receives API data from Catalog.
