Hello there, @MARNAKERR ...
There are a few options for you to copy that home page to your other courses in Canvas. All of these require that you are enrolled as an instructor ("Teacher" role) in all of your courses.
- First, you can use the Course Import Tool. How do I select specific content as part of a cour... - Instructure Community The key here is to log into the course where you want to copy the content to. Think of it like this...the course where your content currently lives is your "source" course. The course where you want the content to go (to be copied to) is your "destination" course. So, you can log in to each of your "destination" courses, and then using the Guide that I've linked, you'd select the "source" course and copy that home page.
- Another option for you is to use the "Copy to" option on the "Pages" index page. More information can be found in this Guide: How do I copy a page to another course? - Instructure Community.
- A third option would be to use Canvas Commons. You could share your page to Canvas Commons (you can share it within Common privately with yourself). Then, you can import it into multiple courses all at one time. The nice thing about this option is that if you need to make changes to the page later on, you only change the "source" course page, then re-share it to Commons, and then you tell Commons to update every occurrence of where it was shared. It's sort of an "update once, distribute to many" concept. Here are some Guides:
I hope these resources will be of help to you, Marna. Let Community members know if you have any other questions about this...thanks!
