Hello Nidia, I do apologize for the delay but I have had the chance to login to your account at St. Augustine Prep and click on the Commons link to the far left of the page and verify that it was loading successfully. If you are still having issues when trying to access this we recommend trying from a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox and if the browsers are up to date then you can clear the cache and cookies then try again to access the commons.
