How can Instructure partner with institutions and support you in bringing AI technology into your institutions?

I can tell you that I'm really interested in learning more about the AI interface that was demo-ed at InstructureCon where we would be able to design basic page layout with AI using prompts.  I'd like to know more about that development.

I can see a number of ways to kick off: integration with GenAI services such as ChatGPT or Midjourney through SSO and/or LTI; use Canvas analytics as the basis for GenAI supported adaptive learning pathways or personalisation. Build in GenAI feedback on assessments, that can be customised as needed. AI assisted grading based on Canvas rubrics and some related validation and moderation system.

Very interesting, Jenny. Our Pria AI allows for uploading of custom documents like Canvas rubrics (and any other documents from the instructor or institution). Grading from that may not be a huge leap.

AI Study guide/tutor linked to course using data set supplied to the course eg pages, assignments, quizzes and files. Then guided access to external data sets but needs to be managed for COPPA, safeguarding processes and also not to overload student. I would quite like the AI guide to also be able to search through courses that might not yet be published or that students cannot yet access but would give them a flavour of similar stuff to come?

Oh yes and AI to help design courses based on particular learning models eg design thinking, problem solving, games based/gamified...
