What other aspects of AI or guests would you like to see us have on the show? What would you like us to differently? Why does it have such a weird name? Why is this your new favorite podcast?

Hey Ryan, love the pod! I'd like to hear from some higher ed folks who are using AI in the classroom and some higher ed folks who would LIKE to use it but don't know where to start and/or how to get others on board. I'll bet a lot of people in the Canvas community fall into that second group and could learn from the conversation. Thanks!
This is great feedback, Brian! And I know we have some great customer stories on this. If you haven't listened to Lane Freeman's episode, it has some great tips he's rolling out across North Carolina - https://open.spotify.com/episode/5de0iSULx2KsFVKFIEjRg8
Ryan,
I have been searching for a podcast that is addressing the issues that are being missed. Assessment, AI, CBE...I have found these issues being addressed on the podcast, so thank you!
What other aspects of AI or guests would you like to see us have on the show? I would like to see some podcasts on: How teacher ed programs need to change to meet the world of AI and personalized learning, are they making course corrections? Another topic, the changing role of an educator in the classroom as AI roles out more capabilities. How will the role of classroom teacher adjust especially grades 9-12 and beyond. What about the matrix of developers, users, and practitioners? Is there overlap and collaboration or isolation?
I am also wondering how Instructure or other platform developers are using a responsible framework for AIED. One such framework, Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI), "asks researchers to practice critical reflection considering the potential societal impacts of their research outputs, and second to include the general public in dialogue around the development of research goals and strategy" (Schomberg, 2013). I just wonder if the short term applications and issues will ignore the long term implications on the deprofessionalization of education. Thanks for the podcast. You are answering questions I am asking!
